Dennis Brislawn

Dennis Brislawn is a fervent supporter of the Second Amendment, a gun owner who also happens to be a trust and estates attorney.  A former Army officer and Airborne Ranger, he advocates ownership of the right gear, acquiring the right training, and building the right legal plan for every gun owner who cares about protecting and exercising individual rights.  To that end he created the GunDocx(TM) gun trust system, a unique gun trust planning system used by attorneys nationwide, and two online communities for gun owners and attorneys who serve them to explore related legal issues and share lessons learned.  He also regularly instructs firearms owners who carry concealed in how to deal with armed confrontation and the aftermath.

Given that there appear to be at least 300 million firearms in the United States, improper ownership, use, and transfer of any firearm can expose anybody to serious fines and criminal charges.  GunDocx™ was designed by Dennis to be the first comprehensive firearms-specific living trust system.  It works for firearms regulated by the National Firearms Act, and for those regulated or subject only to state and local law.  GunDocx™ is a game-changer for anyone who values firearms for personal use or as part of a family legacy.
